Unfortunately, after taking this supplement, I experienced significant stomach pain, especially following my gallbladder surgery. After stopping and then resuming, I faced intense pain near the surgery site, exacerbated by back pain and discomfort in my solar plexus. After several distressing experiences, I stopped taking it altogether. It appears unsuitable for those who have undergone gallbladder surgery.

For preventive cleansing of the liver, I purchased this due to the improvements in the ingredients for better digestibility. I am very pleased with the effect - the outflow of bile changed colour, and the pulling and stabbing pains in my liver disappeared after about 7-10 days. An allergic reaction in the form of rashes similar to mosquito bites subsided by the second day after the first dose. The capsules are pleasantly flavoured and easy to take. On the pharmacist's advice, I take one in the morning and one in the evening, half an hour before meals. I will provide another review in a few weeks after my second blood test. So far, my liver feels very good. Thank you and wishing good health to everyone.

This has become our family essential. My abdominal pain has vanished since I began taking one tablet each morning on an empty stomach and another before bed. After a break, my pain returned, but I have resumed taking it consistently. My children in their 30s also partake and report feeling much less fatigued upon waking.
